manufacturer in Vietnam, from the cooperation of two CHUBU SHIKO and NISSHO
IWAI company in Japan.

We produce multi-layer Kraft paper packaging for foods (starch, wheat flour,
food additives, corn starch,..) carrageenan, coconut, construction material,
agricultural products,...The proudly prossesses modern production according to
Japan technology. Our products meet most of paper packaging needs of the VietNam market and exported to countries such as America,Taiwan, Japan, Myanmar, Singapore, India, Phillipines, Cambodia, USA,..
JPT Kraft bag:
-Multi-wall Kraft paper bag
-Multi-wall Kraft paper bag with PE laminated
-Multi-wall Kraft paper bag with PET Liner
-Multi-wall Kraft paper bag with PA Liner
Bag types:
Bottom: Sewn/ Pasted
Top: Open/ Sewn with valve/ Pasted with valve/ Easy-Open tape/ 2-sided adhesive tape/ sewn straps.
Materials:
-100% Virgin Kraft paper. Origin: Japan. Color: Brown/White
-Liners: LDPE, HDPE, PET, PA, Poly-film. Origin: Vietnam.
-Specialized sewing materials.
-Printing: Flexo technology, upto 06 colors/bag.
Certification:
-ISO 9001:2008 (certified by Intertek).
-CO, COA for every Kraft paper lot imported from Japan.
-Conformity announcement from Vietnam's Administration for Food Safety and Hygiene Department.
-Periodic test reports for samples of Kraft bags and Kraft bags with PE liners (ROSH-Quatest 3).
Capacity: 4 million pcs/month.
Minimum order: LCL (02 pallets) or FCL.
Packing styles:
1. With pallets: 1,500-4,000 pcs/pallet(depends on bag's size), each pallet is covered by a carton box and plastic films.
2. Without pallets: 100-200 pcs/bunch, each bunch is covered by 02 layers of papers and loaded separately into a container.
